Delivery

How quickly do you deliver?

Delivery times vary according to which bunk bed or cabin bed you buy, and where delivery is to be made. An estimated delivery time in days will be shown for every bed offered. (NB: The delivery time shown is always the quickest time available and cannot be bettered by any additional payment).

How much is delivery?

UK shipping costs vary depending on which bunk bed or cabin bed you buy, but is usually £39 and upwards. The delivery charge for every bed is displayed alongside each item.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver only within the U.K. with many beds limited to mainland UK addresses only (as shown on the product details page of each bed).

NB: We can not export any bunk bed or accessory outside of the U.K., but we will be happy to ship to a 3rd party shipping company if you can arrange the export yourself.

Can I ship my order to an address other than the cardholder address?

Yes. You do not have to ship to the bed to the actual cardholder billing address. If you prefer delivery to be made somewhere else, as an extra security measure, you will need to give us (where indicated in the checkout) the landline telephone number known to your card issuers which we will need to verify.

RETURNS POLICY

What happens if I don't like what I've ordered ?

You have the same rights when buying from us as when buying from a normal high street store, and we provide a full 14 day money back guarantee period. If you do not like your purchase, if it is damaged or if it has a fault of some kind, we can either replace it or refund the full sales price of the product. Please note, of course, we can not make a refund for any bed for anyone who changes their mind after assembling or using the bed (as it then becomes unsaleable) unless there is an actual fault with it.
